It's that time of year - Spring Fling!!!! And we need your help to continue the tradition of fun. Click on Volunteer at cbmpto.org and sign up to volunteer for a 30 minute time slot or 2, if you're feeling generous! The class performance schedule is listed below so you know when your child's/childrens' class(es) will be performing.
Just a reminder that we will be having the cake walk again and the cost is $.50 per walk. Instead of giving away cakes, we are asking that parents sign up to bring either a dozen cookies or a dozen cupcakes-this is also on VolunteerSpot.com.

with carpool. The PTO Board is seeking 35 parents to volunteer 30 minutes one morning between March 29 and May 20 to help with carpool. Will you be one of them?

We raised enough buy money to purchase a listening station for each and every classroom at Covered Bridge Academy and Covered Bridge Montessori. We still have items available. Parents, The Equal Exchange products have arrived! Please plan to pick up your student's order tomorrow when you arrive at school tomorrow afternoon.
We have some additional products available for purchase: Organic Breakfast Blend ground coffee, Organic Mind, Body, & Soul ground coffee, Organic decaf ground coffee, Organic Hot cocoa, Organic baking cocoa, and a couple bars of Organic Ecuador Dark Chocolate, and Chocolate Caramel Crunch with sea salt. Please support the Covered Bridge Montessori PTO with its goal of purchasing listening stations for each classroom at Covered Bridge Montessori and Covered Bridge Academy. The campaign is going well... but it could be better with your help.

This Winter Covered Bridge Montessori PTO is participating in
an Equal Exchange Fundraiser!
The Equal Exchange
Fundraiser allows our school to make money while making a difference in
small organic farmer and artisan communities around the globe. The
fundraiser features organic and fairly traded coffees, chocolates, teas,
cocoas, nuts & berries, and handmade gift wrap (tree-free!) from Equal
Exchange and beautiful gifts for the home from Ten Thousand Villages.
Be on the lookout for an Equal Exchange catalog in your
child’s mailbox. The fundraiser starts tomorrow, February 16, 2011, through Friday, March 4,
2011. Order forms will be due to your child’s teacher by Friday, March 4, 2011.

Dear Parents--
We are in need of help with our little library. Our shelves and books
are much-loved and need a little straightening up! If you have a bit
of free time during the school day and might be able to volunteer
perhaps an hour a week, please let us know. We would appreciate the
help in keeping the books accessible and organized for the children to
use. Please contact Destiny or Kate in the front office for more
information!

Dying to see the latest movie but can't find a sitter? Well, the PTO is hosting a Parents Night Out Saturday, February 12, from 5:00 - 10:00 P.M. at Covered Bridge Academy. $20.00 per child Siblings are welcome.
SPACE IS LIMITED
Food and drink will be provided. Registration deadline is Friday, February 4. Registration forms are available at the schools, attached below, and under Documents on the CBMPTO website.
